Zf4 Hp22 Auto Gearbox Land Range Rover Classic Discovery 1 Defender V8

I have here listed a zf4 hp22 auto gearbox with shifter and cable from a 3.9 v8 range rover classic 1990 model which had only 109,000 miles on the clock. This gearbox will also fit land rover discovery 1s that are also fitted with a 3.9 rover v8. The gearbox is in perfect working order , before i removed the engine i tested it in all gears and it worked perfectly as it should with no slipping , clunking etc.

This is probably down to the low mileage of 93,000 miles the vehicle had done but unfortunately had lived by the coast all of its life so the body shell had been corroded by the sea salt badly - hence chopping up a 109,000 mile range rover classic. Gearbox comes with dip stick and shifter / cable / selector etc. No oil cooler pipes and no transfer box - just the zf4 hp22 unit on its own. Cash on collection preferred - a rare item to get hold of in good order these days - grab a bargain.

We have been running Range Rover classics as daily transport between the family since the 70s and as such have accumulated a variety of spares as we never threw anything away. Its now time to thin down as we only need so much to keep ours going.
